QuestionI purchased this laptop a few days ago and have had trouble with holding a connection using Wifi-5 GHZ. Bestbuy says it's because the Wifi 6 card is only 160 hertz and is too weak to hold the connection even though 2.4 is just fine. Thoughts?

- Answer If you are getting a weak WIFI connection, verify if the laptop is within range to an established wireless router or access point and internet service is stable and working properly. Also, check if the laptop is running with the most current OS and WIFI driver update.

- Answer Laptop takes NVME storage only, however there’s space for a SATA but you’ll have to buy the housing and an nvme to sata adapter, I haven’t tried this yet so be cautious

- Answer The 3060 has 12gb (MSI) The 3050 has 4gb (TUF) The TUF has a 17.3" screen, and a 144hz refresh rate. The MSI has 15.6 It truly depends on what's important to you. I paid $799.00 for my TUF 17 w 8gb RAM and 512GB ssd. Since added a 2TB SSD and 32gb RAM. It's a flyer...

- Answer You can run mostly every modern game with zero issues at medium settings and over 60fps. Also many games at high settings over 60fps as well. It would be all any gamer needs without destroying the wallet to go above and beyond.

- Answer The laptop supports RAM with 1.2 voltage, the timing are setup automatically once the SPD on the RAM module is detected, timing cannot be setup manually in the BIOS.

- Answer Make sure you hold the Function (Fn) key on the bottom left of the key board when trying to use the F keys. So to use the action that’s on the F3 key, you would hold Fn and than press F3 at the same time.

- Answer Not sure about the GPU, but there is a second M.2 slot on the motherboard that allows you to install a second SSD. Also, there is a second, empty memory slow that will allow you to run dual channel memory.

- Answer haven't recieved my laptop yet since its being shipped to me all the way in east africa. however from the specs and the benchmarks ive seen online, you should get anywhere from 60-90 on epic graphics depending on whether you are playing a match or in creative. i would see upwards of 200fps on performance mode.

- Answer Since the laptop comes with a local warranty, coverage only applies in US and Canada, warranty doesn't apply in Sri Lanka.
