• The unit had two 8GB strips even though the salesman said it had one 16GB strip when I asked. Geek Squad would not help me when I tried to Install the second 16GB strip that I bought with the laptop. The said they were not responsible for what their salesman tell the customers. I now have two 8GB strips I can not use.

• Mine came with two (2) Samsung 8GB sticks. CPU-Z shows them as M425R1GB-4BB0-CQKOL DDR5-4800
