• Yes, The charger is 100-240V ~ 50-60Hz 3.5A. If Ukraine is using European standard 220-240V ~ 50Hz you will be fine. You can also use the USB-C port that's designated for charging.

• if it has a adapter port then yes you can regardless, you just gotta be specific on what charger port you need.
