Ok so you can buy it brand new which will cost more if you want to buy it brand new. If you want to buy it refurbished, (in best buy terms, refurbished is called open box.) open box or refurbished will cost less. Open box is here someone buys the said item and returns it and makes it brand new, if this happens best buy is REQUIRED to mark the price down and label it as refurbished. So yes, you can buy it brand new or refurbished.

If you buy it open box, then technically yes. If you buy it new, no.
