A:Answer since this is a custom request for the laptop you can exchange the laptop keyboard and make it RGB. I don't recommend going to best buy for that custom request because it'll take twice as long. (3 weeks to a month)
I advise going to The Micro Center because their main specialty is computer repairs and custom-built requests and such. it is a bit pricy though because you'll have to pay for the keyboard and the labor they put into it. Best buys labor costs way more than micro center's so i would stick with micro center. I went to the micro center to replace a keyboard in one of my other laptops and i was able to pick up my laptop after 6 days. Micro Center will always update you if there is someone working on your device, if they ordered the part, looking for the part or just flat our finished and is ready to be picked up. Any request that you want can be made by micro center to an extent so yes, they can just go to micro center. it'll be easier and less costly by like 5-15%
