Yes, I just dropped in a spare 1TB I had, very simple. It has 2 8GB which was hard to find out. Thought it had 1 and had to buy 2 16GB to upgrade to 32GB. Great platform.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know about other purchases of this laptop, but according to 3rd party software, the laptop came with 16 GB of DDR5 5600 MHz (Dual 2800 MHz) RAM by Micron Technology. So I am assuming that it supports a maximum of 5600 MHz, not 4800 MHz, as listed on the specifications for upgrades. The maximum GB upgrade it should be able to support is 64 GB. Also, it also lists the SSD upgrade being limited by PCI 3.0 when in fact it is actually PCI 4.0, according the original packaging and third-party software.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.SSD drive size doesn’t matter, can be different. For RAM best practice is to stick to same brand/model/size to take advantage of “dual channel mode”… with that said, you likely won’t notice any difference.
