• Yes it runs Windows 11 very well. You will need to update the BIOS in order for Win 11 to install.

• You'll need the TPM enabled but yes it will handled Windows 11. Keep in mind it's still early so AMD w/ Windows is still encountering issues. You may see reduced performance until the new patch is polished.

• Given you choose a Ryzen 3000 or newer CPU, it will handle Windows 11 just fine. The CPU will have the necessary hardware to meet the requirements for Windows 11. Nothing special should need to be done to make it work.
