Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This motherboard will support 2400 DDR4 ram, but you should always check the memory qualified venders list and specific Ryzen gen and ram compatibility. This link has the OVL list for all manufacture TESTED RAM direct form the ASUS website. https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/TUF-GAMING-X570-PLUS-WI-FI/HelpDesk_QVL/

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe the board supports 2400 DDR4, but I STRONGLY suggest you check the QVL for your specific memory. You could end up chasing your tail otherwise.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Theoretically, yes. 2400 speed DDR4 is fairly slow for Ryzen. You should check Asus's website and look at the QVL list for memory. It's more of an issue with Ryzen chips now that we have gotten to Zen 2. I had an X370 board with a 3700X and my GSkill RAM was causing issues. I went with this TUF board and made sure to check the QVL list and bought memory verified in the list. I have had zero issues with this config. If you can get faster RAM in the future, you will notice a big increase in performance. 3000 - 3200 for Zen or Zen+ chips. 3200 - 3600 for Zen 2.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Oh for sure! It’s also optimized for 3rd gen ryzen.
