“I have a work PC and don't have ADMN rights and the Bluetooth is Disabled by company policy. Will I be able to use this USB Adapter. Wanted to connect to a Bluetooth headset by using this adapter.”

Hi Kumar I have limited admin rights on my company notebook. I'm also not allowed to update to Win 10. This adaptor comes with a driver on a DVD for Win 7. I was allowed with my minimal rights to load the driver and use the adaptor for my wireless headset. Good Luck with your IT

I don't believe any bluetooth adapter would work for your situation because the adapter still uses an operating system's bluetooth settings. Its purpose is to add bluetooth functionality to computers which lack the hardware, but whose operating systems otherwise support it
