QuestionTo Asus: Are you sure there is not an optical drive bay for this PC? Take a look at the photo of the V500 desktop. At the top of the tower there is what appears to be an optical drive bay. Maybe there is a slot to allow a cd/dvd burner to be installed.

- Answer If the monitor just flashes white, then flashes yellow/orange three times, disconnect any external USB devices and load optimize default inside the BIOS setup page. Check if your monitor and video cable are working properly and connected securely to the video-out port on the PC.
