- Answer They sell a USB C to HDMI cord. I'm using one on my other monitor. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/j5create-6-usb-type-c-to-hdmi-cable-gray/6185300.p?skuId=6185300 Or they do have USB to HDMI adapters to use a regular HDMI cord.

- Answer Hey bud, I did happen to purchase this monitor and it was giving me issues as well. I returned mine within the limit of return days and the new model is much clearer and noticeably better in picture quality. My guess is you've got a damaged screen like my first one was - I'm not as sure how to make all the other features work but I'm pretty sure that's just all integrated to work with whatever system you have. SO if you have an AMD set up and vidcard you'll want the 245 - if you have a nvidia set up youll the 248. Just make sure the box doesn't look damaged cause if they get tossed around in shipping that's most likely the reason you'll have a faulty screen. Hopefully the warranty or return teams can help you like they helped me!

QuestionDoes the “Trace Free” option do anything in regards to the response time of the monitor? I know it says it’s to mitigate motion blur, but that could also be a form of post processing. I don’t know, I’m new at this.

- Answer Trace free means this eliminates ghosting. The higher the trace free setting, the lower the amount of ghosting. This does not, however, effect response time.

- Answer That depends on the graphics card in your computer. Monitors don’t control whether they are used in a dual monitor setup.

- Answer It is exactly why I bought the monitor. It tilts, goes up and down, and you can turn the monitor vertically. Excellent when your viewing a spreadsheet or have to compare documents. The picture is clear. I compared quite a few monitors but none had tilt, or up and down movement.

QuestionI was under the impression that in order for Freesync to work you had to have a display port. This monitor does not have a display port, but claims it's Freesync. How does it work without a display port?

- Answer FreeSync does also work via the HDMI port which the Monitor supports.
