- Answer You are going to have to look at that programs requirements and see if they match. Although, even if minimum requirements are met, that does not necessarily mean that much better specs would not be more optimal. This R program sounds like a statistics cruncher??? Would most probably run much better with 32GB RAM and a top of the line desktop computer.

- Answer The ASUS X1407QA does not officially support Linux. Since it is built on a Snapdragon ARM platform, driver and feature compatibility with Linux is limited and not guaranteed.

- Answer All MS computers include a free, full-featured MS 365 30-day trial, whether already preinstalled or available for download. Various levels of the suite are available at different costs, from free, for limited used through Edge, all the way up to the full version. I recommend getting a free suite, like Kingsoft.
