No. And yes. S mode restricts installations to apps from the Microsoft Store and limits browser usage, which is incompatible with the browser-locking software. You must switch out of S mode to use it.

Please try again later.I don't know about that s/w in particular, but it's important to know that this computer comes locked in "safe mode," which can prevent you from installing any apps or s/w. It's not at all difficult to take it out of safe mode, just takes a few minutes (don't let them tell you it's difficult, it's not, and don't spend major $$$$ having the Geek Squad do it, you can do it yourself). You just find the get out of safe mode app in the app store, and install that, and you're good to go.
