“Quick question: Does anyone noticed a tiny hole on the lid? It’s located at the bottom middle of the lid when opening the laptop. I’m planning to return it for exchange if this is not normal?”

It's normal. Mine has that also. As a retired engineer, my guess would be it is there to normalize the pressure inside the display lid. I live at 7,000 feet and the transition from sea level to the higher altitudes and vice versa causes many interesting things to happen to things like cosmetics, water bottles etc.
