“I want to keep the refresh rate on 120Hz all the time but it will keep changing back to 60Hz after restarting the computer or charging off. can you show me how to fix it please”

• The Display properties in your windows setting won't help. ASUS is being really useless here because it's actually THEIR crap that's causing it. Just go to MyASUS => Click on Customization => Look for Display Refresh Rate in the Audio & Visual section => Click on Fixed refresh rate => Change 60Hz to 120Hz. Then, you are set to go. P.S. ASUS support is really not helping at all...

• It only runs in 120hz when it’s plugged in, automatically switches to 60hz when on battery power.

• You can setup the refresh rate manually inside the Display properties.
