QuestionCan you confirm that the Q530 can only support 16 GB of ram? (Why?). The Q540 appears to support 24 GB of ram, and looks to be exactly the same except for the processor. Did they really install a completely different logic board into the Q540?

QuestionI don't see facial recognition supported in the Windows setting, but it's listed as a feature in the spec. I had found only fingerprint recognition and PIN options.

- Answer I tried to setup "Windows Hello" on this laptop as I prefer it to the fingerprint reader. A pop-up informed me "this option isn't available". So, I would say, no.

QuestionHello! I was wondering is it normal for this laptop to shutdown in the middle of gaming. It has happened to me a couple times with different games. It happened when I was playing portal2 and it also happened when I was playing lunch lady.

- Answer Excessive heat is generated while under heavy load especially during gaming, please ensure the air ventilations are free from obstructions in order to have an efficient air flow for better heat dissipation. While gaming, please ensure no resource hungry applications are running in the background, this will definitely spike the temperature and will cause auto-shutdown. If these steps were performed to no avail, please check if Windows, drivers and BIOS are up to date.
