Can this run SAOimageDS9 and Stellarium? null

I would not recommend using this laptop for viewing images. Screen resolution is 1600x768. Sounds like you'd like to view Hi-Res images. I would suggest something with an HD screen resolution (1920x1080) or better yet, 4k. It will cost much more however. Good luck.
