“I bought this exact laptop model number last week as a gift. Many of the specs listed are incorrect. This laptop DOES have a back-lit keyboard and DOES have a touchscreen. The OS it is running is windows 10 (S). What's up with this?”

• We certainly upderstand the inconvenience this may have caused if you received a product that is different from what was advertised. Please contact BestBuy directly at: 1-888-237-8289 for a resolution. Windows 10 S can easily be switched to Windows 11.
