How long is the battery life? null

I have bought an Asus laptop in January 2022 and it is a new laptop. I have 3 hours of online class, the battery doesn't last 3 hours!!! I'm working with my laptop plugged in. This shouldn't happen, I think this laptop is not new and I will return it.

The battery life is approximately 6 hours of light to medium workload.
