QuestionCan this laptop support Hardware Virtualization for virtual machines?

- Answer Yes. The AMD Ryzen 7 3700U processor has AMD-V extensions built-in, so you don't even have to enable it at the BIOS level. QuestionMy extended screen lit up but not on the laptop itself. I pressed the on/off key trying to resolve the issue. Now I cannot get it to boot up. Is there a lock function on this of which I know nothing? If so, how can I unlock it?

- Answer I have done about 120 participants without an issue. sometimes the unit will get hot if the zoom graphics are challenging for it.

- Answer It's home, BUT, with the last version of windows 10 (2004) the difference most home users for getting pretty narrow ,and remember you can download GROUP POLICY EDITOR for Win 10 home and others from win 10 pro.

- Answer During POST(Power On Self Test) the screen will do a refresh instantly, which is normal. Replacement is usually process from seller, per their terms.

- Answer Sure you can. Right side- you've got HDMI output and USB outs. HDMI requires a special HDMI CABLE but they are not much and easily available.

- Answer yes. Its DDR4 2666 MHz SO-DIMM memory and you can get good quality 8GB sticks for $40 to $60 bucks. I've read on the M712DA you're good to 16GB of RAM, but with this chipset I'm thinking more like 20GB, but it'd be easy to confirm that.

QuestionIs it possible to get a lite keyboard.. didn't realized ( from the pictures shown ) that the letters would be grey on grey.. my last laptop when i didn't get the light under.. was white letters on a black keyboard.. better contrast. see images below

- Answer The backlit keyboard is not an option available for the laptop. The laptop was intended to be used on well-illuminated workspace.
