This could be caused by a myriad of things. Could be that the PC was not set up properly the first time. Suggest going to the ASUS app and redo initial setup. Bought mine about a month or so ago and it is working just fine. Other than that, might ask the Geek Squad for help.

Please try again later.As I mentioned elsewhere in the Questions, whenever there is a significant upgrade performed on a machine, rather than just installing the software on bare metal, there are often problems with the PC. My advice is to create a recovery drive and use it to reinstall the operating system. Perform a search on your machine's Explorer for the words "recovery drive" and you will find the procedure. This will often correct the problems you are having. If not, you might consider returning the laptop.
