“I bought this computer new. Something strange is going on with the battery/charger. One minute, it's fully charged. The next, it's almost dead. Then, fully charged again. Now, it says "plugged up, not charging". What can I do? Do I need to return it?”

That sounds pretty weird. I've had mine for a month and haven't experienced that when charging it. Have you tried plugging it into a different outlet in your house just to verify? I wouldn't mess with it too much... take it back to wherever you purchased it and exchange it for a new one!
