“The manufacturer page says it has an RTX 4060 and a 3k-120hz display, as opposed to the 3050 and 1080p-60hz display as advertised on Best Buy. Which is the correct hardware?”

I just purchased this laptop last week from Best Buy, it has the RTX 3050 and a 60hz refresh rate. In my honest opinion- wait until Best Buy has the version with the RTX 4060 available.
