No matter what Asus' answer to this question is, they appear to be using every delay/deny tactic available. I've asked them how many service attempts before they deem the product UNrepairable, usually they won't answer, but once they said 3. Then I told them that this laptop has been serviced 4 times. Then nothing but silence from them. They said to send in again for service. I asked why, what will they do differently from last time. More silence from them. I wish I had seen this BEFORE I bought anything from them: Asus has a D- rating at the Better Business Bureau - Failure to respond to 83 complaint(s) filed against business. I'll never do business with Asus again. I've started leaving comments & reviews about my experience, everywhere I can... until they give me a full refund of $1407.89 -- they're too unethical & untrustworthy for me to even consider accepting a replacement laptop.
