A:Answer i played league on a 300 dollar laptop for 2 years. look up game booster
its a program that will turn off ALL unneeded processes to allocate everything in its power to playing the game. keep a wired ethernet connection, allow it to ventalate.and last but not least, look up optimal settings in game.
it wont look pretty, but it should only give you problems if it overheats, otherwise you should be at around 50~60fps
