“I’ve seen a lot of people say that it’s kinda slow out of the box and then it warms up to a faster frame rate is this worth it or should I buy another pc I really like how it’s small but is it worth my time trying it and possibly returning if it’s bad?!”

Computers generally do not "warm up" and become faster. Sometimes, there is some set up going on even after you log in that can slow things down, but that is about it. The knock on this computer is that it has a slow hard disk so loading times will be slow. Once in a game, the CPU and GPU are perfectly adequate for 1920*1080 and VR gaming. Good news is that the hard disk can be upgraded and/or you can add a M.2 SSD to fix this issue. Then again, that will add about $100 or so to the final price, so another system may be an option at that point.
