It looks like it is a fairly new listing on Best Buy. From the research I have done and the pictures, it looks like it is a UX3402 model. This means that this 2.8K OLED screen has a max brightness of 550 nits.

In other words, when you are watching HDR content of a spaceship flying past a very bright white sun, the sun can be shown at 600 nits if it isn't too big and it moves across the screen quickly enough.
