• so far so good. Maybe defective from the factory, I would take it back to the store asap to see about the manufacture warrantee. Good Luck

• No, not at all. I've had it for a year or more and use it frequently with no issues at all.

• If the touchpad is wobbly, we recommmend that Bestbuy have it checked.
