Bob, I hate to beat around the bush but hypothetically any card could run 4k at 60. it really depends on what you are trying to run. gta5 no. but the desktop probably. if you want 4k 60 look in the new RTX30xx laptops. you could even do 4k60 with a 1660ti like in my g14. the short answer is YES! but don't do it
