QuestionI recently bought this laptop from the UAE. I hear about the SO DIMM Ram slot available in this laptop. can I expand my ram using this slot on my 8gb ram variant. If I can, from what upto i can expand my ram using SO DIMM Ram. can it support ddr5 SODIMM?

- Answer This laptop uses LPDDR RAM, which means it is soldered on. The 8gb model will always be 8gb. You can somewhat mitigate slowdowns when multitasking with a fast SSD, but the included one is already pretty competent.

- Answer It comes with original windows pre-installed you’ll need to setup with your credentials. You should buy the Microsoft office separately, if you are looking into it.
