Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased a refrigerator several months ago and can't find a way to review it. There is no "write a review" button. Perhaps because people were leaving so many bad reviews. Completely unacceptable to not be able to review a product. Customer service had no answers. Said to note it on the website. There is no button to note anything on the website. I purchased an extended warranty on the frig. If customer service is this bad for a simple question, I can't imagine how difficult it will be to file a warranty claim if I need to do so.

It can take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours after delivery for the "Write a review" button to show up. Click on Orders in your Best Buy account, then find the item you want to review and click on Write a Review. If it still doesn't show up, check again tomorrow or call Best Buy's customer service for help.
