What is the screen brightness in nits? null

I received the answer from ASUS today: It's 300 nits. This next piece of info is not exactly the answer to this question but it's related......just FYI: The color gamut is 100% sRGB.

I recently bought this laptop - the display looks pretty good, however for some reason ASUS isn't making the display specs available. There's no display specs (other than it's a 15.6 FHD) in the user manual, the ASUS website, anywhere. I've never seen anything like before - display specs are one of the first things you see buying a laptop.

According to "Phi," who answered similar question a few days ago, it's "250-300 nits." I would love to get the exact number of nit count, as that's one of the more important determining factors for me. I have been trying to look for the info on the nit count also....everywhere..... and have not been able to find it. I finally sent an email to ASUS yesterday, Feb. 20, about it. Hopefully, they'll respond with the needed info soon. I'll share as soon as I have the info.
