QuestionWhat's the deal with the audio on this laptop? Vol at 100% and you can barely hear the sound at an audible level in a regular room setting. Anyone have this problem and have a solution? ASUS - you listening?

- Answer When first getting this. The sound was great. Then doing a windows update and it updated the driver then the sound was terrible. I uninstalled the driver update.

QuestionI don't see anything about connectivity on the Specs. Of course this has Wifi, right? Is this Bluetooth accessible as well?

QuestionThe touchpad seems to have a mind of it's own. It randomly "holds" onto things and closes websites etc. It seems like the "left" click is stuck at times. I have turned off all the advanced trackpad features but hasn't seemed to help! Any ideas?

QuestionHi. Anyone has any issues with Bluetooth mouse and keyboard? I updated all driver, installed and reinstalled devices and software, but mouse freezes when not using about 10 sec, keyboard has problems like key sticks, you press once. Logitech product

- Answer The manual states a Thunderbolt 4 port (#3 in the image provided), one USB 3.2 Gen 1 port and one HDMI port (#1 and #2 in provided image), and a memory card reader.
