“Can you add a SSD or NVME to the 528? Specs show an internal SSD PCIE! No pictures of the insides or specs anywhere online. Also looks like a 4 or 5 TORX for the back cover. Two screws near the hinge look like they are separate form the back cover????”

The user guide makes no mention of being able to add additional storage.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately, you cannot upgrade the RAM on this laptop as the RAM IC chips are soldered onto the motherboard. It does not support SODIMM RAM modules as in other laptops, as the RAM chips are soldered onto the motherboard to reduce to make it more slim.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it's a T5 screws on the underside and it comes right off straight up. I upgraded the SSD today with a Samsung 970 EVO Plus. The only issue I ran into was figuring out that the Intel SSD that it comes with is encrypted by Bitlocker so I had to decrypt the drive before I was able to clone it. Very easy installation but I'm still researching whether I can upgrade the RAM because you can't see any RAM removing just the bottom cover.
