This laptop comes with Windows 10 Home. It does NOT have the visual screen pad gadget, it is just a regular touch pad. There is a separate numeric keypad on the right. And it does have 2 Thunderbolt ports on the right side, supposedly version 4.

Please try again later.I purchased and picked up this laptop yesterday, and I can confirm the following: 1) It comes with Windows 10 Home. - Note that if you have a physical license # (non-digital) for Windows Pro (eg: from your old laptop) you can use that license to do a free upgrade; you just need to enter it in the "Change License" option on the activation settings page. I had an old Windows 8 Pro license I wasn't using, and it worked. 2a) This in the Intel 11th gen. update which does not have a screen pad. 2b) It also doesn't have the new light-up number pad because it has a regular (but squished) physical keys number pad. (I am upgrading from an old 13" Zenbook --- right now, I am not loving the keyboard layout; my pinky reaches out for the backspace and hits the keypad; need to get reoriented. - On day 1 using, my feeling is I'd have much rather had the keyboard layout of the new 13" Zenbook Flip S with the physical home/end keys and the number pad on the touchpad. I'll probably get used to it; will be nice not to have to hit the fn key for pgup/dn, but I'm used to it so need to unlearn. 3) It has 2 thunderbolt *4* ports. - A lot of the reviews I read of the new 11th gen Intel Asus Zenbooks were trashing the performance relative to other ultrabooks from Razer, Apple, etc. but they neglected to realize and/or mention that companies like Sonnet now have a variety of reasonably priced Thunderbolt enclosures for eGPUS, and whatever other PCIe expansion cards (eg: video processing) you'd need. If you read up on Thunderbolt 4, it's a significant improvement with respect to how many external devices you can drive. And if you offload the graphics processing, etc. it will easily beat the comparable Razer model when you factor in cost and speed/bottlenecks of TB3 vs. TB4.

This is the most current USB 4 standard and will be the new standard to replace all older USB ports standard. It should be fully backward compatible with the older 1/2.x and 3.x USB ports.
