I have this computer for over a month now (purchased new), and I do not have this problem. Other than the occasional Windows 11 updates, I never updated any particular driver software If this is some hardware issue like (broken/cracked screen (that is hard to see), that would unlikely in two computers (but possible)

Ensure Windows is up to date and internet service is stable if accessing web application since this will affect the responsiveness of the screen. If working in tablet mode, verify it is folded all the way into tablet mode.
