“I see this laptop has PCIe gen 3. I ordered it but ASUS has replied that you can upgrade the 512GB PCIe 3.0 to 1TB PCIe 3.0. Can I upgrade the 512gb ssd to 1tb PCIe 4.0 and will I notice a noticeable difference?Also will a 2.5 inch SSD fit in this laptop?”

• While you maybe able to use a PCIe 4.0 drive it will run at PCIe 3.0 speeds and this model does not support Sata drives.

• from what I understansd yes u can upgrade it but it will remain at pcie 3 speeds
