What is open box mean?? null

It means the packaging has been opened by a previous owner and likely been returned for some reason, but not necessarily because it's damaged.

I am pretty sure it is a new item someone brought in to return so the box seal has been broken. Item should still be in new condition with no issues.

Open boxmeans either a floor display and possibly a refurbished unit
