“Only issue I have is when I try charging with supplied power supply wile in use. The power adapter is not recognized. I need to fully shut down computer and than the adapter starts the charging process What do I do about this. (USB C charges perfectly)”

• We recommend that you take it to the nearest BestBuy location to have the AC adapter and the DC jack checked.

• Try unplugging and plugging back in. That works to allow me to use and charge at the same time.
