“Will this laptop get hot while just watching YouTube/browsing social media sitting in my lap? I know a lot of people say this gets hot during gaming but that's not a concern for me. This laptop checks all my boxes but all the comments on heat concerns me.”

I use it for web research, writing, streaming music/video and dozens of tabs at any moment and it barely gets warm. This isn't a gaming laptop by any stretch of the imagination, it's super thin and the thermal solution just isn't enough to keep this cool with gaming.
