• for the first question you asked, yes; the ram is soldered. You can choose between 24gb and 32gb. Though, since it's soldered, it runs at 7500mhz speeds.

• No, it is not possible to upgrade the RAM, it is soldered on the motherboard and no available RAM slot for upgrade. Yes, the SSD is upgradeable to a maximum size of 4TB PCIe 4.0 SSD.
