Not possible, only thing upgradable is the Nvme SSD.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you’r doing local LLMs get at least the 32 GB variant with the more powerful Ryzen 9 AI HX 370 CPU. I don’t think Best Buy sells a 64 GB variant but you should prefer that if available from Asus. Why? The iGPU uses shared memory. With 64 GB, Windows eats 8, you could reserve 24 GB for programs and data, and still have 32 GB to reserve for iGPU. 32 GB is a much tighter squeeze, and 24 GB is basically undoable for local LLM on iGPU.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The RAM is soldered to the motherboard; what ram configuration you buy now is going to be the ram on this laptop forever. You can choose between 24gb and 32gb. CPU's change on which option you pick, though.
