If you need to charge it everyday because you hang on the phone all day, the battery will die sooner; but if you charge every 2-3 days, it will work much longer.
There is no issue to worry about the battery dying, because the technology improvement makes the phone phase out. I never changed my phone because of battery dying but for some features that the phone could not support, or the memory becomes too small.
