• I am not sure what by wireless phone. This model is a wifi only and does not support 4G and you can not insert a sim card in it. You can use a hotspot from your phone if that is what you meant or connect to any wifi.

• This is not a mobile network enabled device. If the rumor mill proves true, there is a Surface in the works that will be mobile ready to be released within the next year.
