“I have a 2018 MacBook Pro that runs on Ventura 13.2 os. When I plug it in I'm instructed to download the driver. I download the one or Ventura on your website but it won't install saying that I have a more recent driver already installed. What do I do?”

If the monitor is working properly with the MacOS default driver, not need to update the driver. For expert advice on how to install the driver for the monitor, please contact Apple Support.
