• Yes, you can make and receive calls only if you are using Android. This function is not compatible with iOS. You can call like if you are using you phone.

• Yes, it can make and receive calls as long as it is connected to a phone with cell reception. I talked does not have a sim card and does not pull in its own cell signal.
