This Zenwatch2 is awesome. Especially for the money. I immediately put a stainless steel band on it, which looks great. Battery life is good, display is vibrant, fit is comfortable and sizing is nice for a man's wrist. I had the Sony smartwatch 3 before this so there was nothing new with Android wear for me , but I can happily report that this watch performs just as well for half the price. There is no downside to this watch. Comes with a ton of faces. Black faces look the best because they do not show the large bezels. Great watch at an amazing price!

This works flawlessly with my Galaxy S5. As far as smartwatches. This is the best deal going. I'm sorry. I don't need the pulse reader. That is overkill and wht purpose does it serve. Those have been found to be inaccurate - from any maker. Take your pulse when you need to. I wasn't expecting to get so many compliments. I get them all the time. Wow - what is that? Wow- that's nice looking! What is that? i tell them just a few things it can do. My phone stays in my pocket mostly now unless I have to answer a call. If i want to answer a text I can do it right from the watch. If i want to navigate somewhere I can do it right from the watch. Email? I can read incoming emails and respond later. Facebook. I can see or not see notifications. Watch faces. So many to choose from 100's if not thousands....... Fantastic value. After a full day from 7am to 10:30pm it has 55 to 65% battery left. If I turned it off at night I could get 2 days comfortably. otherwise I slap on the charger most nights.... Don't hesitate. It's a great piece.

One of the Most amazing Product which I have used, must have for smart watch lovers specially the one with Android phones, my main concern was battery as I read in some of the reviews , but after using it for 24hrs of which about 9 hrs on my wrist and the rest on the table in my room , it was connected to my phone(SG S5) the whole 24hrs though, it still had more than 50% battery life.Simple and amazing to use brings the awesomeness of Google to your wrist, great value for your money and once you get used to it you will like this watch even more, last but not the least do get the Geek squad protection plan peace of mind for two years for a small price.

Best Smartwatch on the market for the price

The price point is by far best on the market for the Asus Zenwatch 2. It's almost identical specs as the first gen but with better battery life. Looks very nice, I get compliments on it everyday. Still waiting for their metal band to come out as Asus makes the easy clasp to swap out bands. I highly recommend this watch to anyone, especially if you're on the fence. This is a great one to start out with, without spending a ton of money.

I had been doing a lot of research on smartwatches and considered many including Pebble, Samsung & LG, but for $129 felt the ZenWatch would be the best bang for the buck and so far I am very happy.
It took me a while to get used to how I wanted to use it. I keep it on theater mode and don't use the wrist gestures as I did not like it going on and off while driving simply because of turning the steering wheel, that being said I love how it is set up. I have been happy with the battery. It goes all day and through the night while monitoring sleep and in the morning it is usually around 50%. The battery charges quick, I charge it while I shower and get dressed, maybe 20 minutes and the charge is usually around 90% after that!
I picked a watch face showing, time, date, steps, battery and weather, so easy to see these things right there. I downloaded Coffee for SMS messages and it works great. I also use Mini Launcher to manage apps. Map My Hike show me my stats on the watch, very cool.
With the recent Android update my little watch now has a working speaker, so I can use as phone (as long as real phone is nearby).
Really quite happy with it and would recommend to anyone.

Smartwatches right now range anywhere from $100-$400+ The Zenwatch 2 sits nicely at that $130-$200 range depending on your band style and configuration. I've been using this watch for about a month now and it's simply great! Expect it to deliver rich notifications from most of your apps straight to your wrist. You can even interact with a lot of them. For example you can respond to a text message (Hangouts, Facebook messenger, etc they should all work), see reminders and calendar events, track your steps and view how many you've taken, and interact with tons of other apps. You can also utilize some features of Google Now such as setting a reminder, setting a timer, and initiating a text message. Also very customizable, as it comes with dozens of watch faces pre-installed with the ability to create your own with Asus's Face Designer software. This watch is definitely worth your money and it's a great entry level Android Wear watch.

It was shipped on Monday and I received it Tuesday. The watch is well worth the price. It could be priced higher along with the gear 2 and others. There are some reviews saying that it disconnects from phone alot but I haven't had that problem at all. I charged it all night and took it off of charge at 9:00 am. It is 7:02 pm and I am at 86% full battery. This will work for probably 2 days on one charge. I plan on getting wife one for 23rd anniversary.

I bought this watch for my son as a Christmas present to go along with his Asus phone. I was very impressed with the value this watch offers. While not having a heart rate monitor, it offers all the same features as any other Android wear watch. Battery life is very good. My son is very pleased with his watch. I may get one for my Android phone. If I do, definitely Best Buy!

For a long time I had wanted a smart watch but was always skeptical about them and of course there was always the high price but then I ran into the Asus Zenwatch 2 and after some research and reading several reviews decided to purchase it. Best decision ever! It is a great watch. Very customisable and does plenty. Definitely worth the $150.

A lot of reviews I read stated maybe 1 to 2 days tops. I must be using it wrong because I am getting much longer times with it. I use it primarily to alert me at work when phone is on silent and it does that job plus more. I continue to learn more about it.

This is my first smart watch. Did a lot of research before buying it. Totally worth the money. It pairs great to my phone and with the proper apps gives me notifications and allows me to control my phone remotely for some things. The only issue is the inability to reply to texts, but I believe that may be an android wear issue.

My teenage son wanted a smart watch for Christmas, but there was no way I was going to spend well over $200 for one. This fit the bill perfectly. Works well. Looks good. He was thrilled to receive it and uses it regularly.

Let me get straight to the point; I love the Asus Zenwatch! For the price, you get quite a bit. I originally went to the store to get a step tracker, but found this instead. I had never heard of this watch, but after reading reviews, watching videos, and just thinking about it, I purchased it. I love that it is like a watch, but offers so much more. Step tracker, initiate calls and send messages through voice command, see messages, answer phone calls, and so much more. Give it a try. You get a lot for what you pay.
