• Yes an app is out for that tho the screen isn't the best for showing pics

• You can download a free app called My Roll which allows you to view photos directly on your watch. I have had the app for a few weeks and it works great.

• It is able to. However i dont know any app than can do that.

• Yes. Easy to do. It also has some FREE watchfaces built in that allow for photos tp be your background.
