“Getting mixed vibes about Best Buy's inventory accuracy. This comes in two colors, only one available. But mainly, this seems to never be available, even after I get an email saying it's available - it's not. Is there an issue?”

It seems like incoming inventory is extremely limited. I grabbed one last week when it suddenly showed as in stock. I don't think it was but a couple hours later that it was again out of stock. It would be great if Asus and Best Buy could work on inventorying this for others who want what seems to be a solid mesh system.

I paid extra for shipping so that i could get the items sooner. I called my local Best Buy to see if I could just pick up the item, they said yeah we have some in the store, seeing as I already paid for the item I asked if they could hold it until I got there as the store is 45 mins away, they told me NO.

It's the highest rated and best-bang-for-the-buck on almost every review site, so everyone wants it. It's going for $700 on the secondary market. It's sold out everywhere, at retail prices, because of it. There are a bunch available if you're in Europe, and used on Ebay. I typically see this with consoles, like the Switch. It's a hot item.
