• Yes. From the manual: "The phone can support up to 12 cordless handsets (ATT model CL80107, sold separately or up to 10 cordless handsets and 2 cordless headsets or speakerphones (sold separately)." Our original purchase had two cordless handsets (with chargersj and we purchased a third for downstairs.
